2. Services Provided

2.1. We provide contingency-based recruitment services for permanent and temporary roles within the construction and trades sector.

2.2. We collect candidate information through online forms and direct submissions.

2.3. We introduce suitable candidates to clients for potential employment.

2.4. We do not guarantee that any vacancy will be filled or that any candidate will be successfully placed.


3. Client Responsibilities

3.1. Clients must provide accurate, lawful, and complete information about job vacancies.

3.2. Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant employment and equality legislation.

3.3. Clients agree to use candidate information solely for recruitment purposes.

3.4. Clients must inform us promptly when a vacancy is filled.


4. Candidate Responsibilities

4.1. Candidates must provide accurate and truthful information.

4.2. Candidates are responsible for keeping their details up to date.

4.3. Candidates consent to their information being shared with potential employers.

4.4. Our services are free to candidates unless otherwise stated.


5. Data Protection and Privacy

5.1. We process personal data in accordance with UK data protection legislation and our Privacy Policy.

5.2. Candidate data may be stored and shared with relevant clients for recruitment purposes.

5.3. We take reasonable steps to protect personal data but cannot guarantee absolute security.


6. Fees and Payment (Clients)

6.1. Clients may be charged placement or service fees.

6.2. Fees will be agreed in writing prior to engagement.

6.3. Invoices are payable in accordance with agreed terms.

6.4. Late payment may result in suspension of services.


7. Introductions and Placements

7.1. An introduction occurs when a client receives candidate details from us.

7.2. If a candidate introduced by us is engaged by a client, directly or indirectly, a fee may be payable.

7.3. This applies even if employment occurs through another route following our introduction.


8. Website Use and Forms

8.1. Our website provides enquiry and application forms only.

8.2. Users must not submit false, misleading, or unlawful information.

8.3. We reserve the right to remove or disregard inappropriate submissions.


9. Third Parties

9.1. We are not responsible for agreements made between clients and candidates.

9.2. Any employment contract is solely between client and candidate.


10. Limitation of Liability

10.1. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10.2. We do not guarantee candidate performance, suitability, or availability.

10.3. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service, where applicable.


11. Termination

11.1. We may suspend or terminate services for breach of these Terms.

11.2. Upon termination, access to our services may be withdrawn.


12. Indemnity

12.1. Clients and candidates agree to indemnify us against claims arising from misuse of our services or breach of these Terms.


13. Changes to Terms

13.1. We may update these Terms at any time.

13.2. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.


14. Governing Law

14.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

14.2. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
